Excursions

Lincoln - Rich in history, where Roman ruins, medieval monuments and a Norman castle can be found within a stone’s throw of each other. Even the modern trappings of this student city feel nostalgic. Cobbled lanes are home to independent boutiques and cosy tea rooms that lie behind half-timbered frontages, and old warehouses are now impressive music venues.

Chapel St Leonards & Sutton - on -Sea - The popular resort of St Leonards is situated just seven miles from Skegness. With its sheltered beach and promenade providing a great place for a gentle walk to Chapel Point; once part of the defences during WWII. Chapel village is known for its friendly pubs and is bursting with independent shops and cafés. Our next stop on today’s excursion is the quaint seaside town of Sutton-on-sea, attracting holiday makers since the days of Queen Victoria’s reign. The high street is full independent shops and a great choice of pubs, restaurants, and cafés

Boston - A lively historic port and market town located on the River Witham.
